Devan earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from Creighton University in 2016. Since then, she has practiced in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy, specializing in neurological and orthopedic conditions. Devan has also served as an Academic Fieldwork Coordinator for a Doctor of Occupational Therapy program and earned recognition as a Certified Leader in Academia in 2023.

Passionate about supporting her Siouxland community, Devan is committed to providing client-centered, accessible care. In her free time, she enjoys coaching youth soccer, attending her children’s sporting events, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.

Kim Cooper

Kim has been an OT for over 32 years. She has a B.S. in Biology from Iowa Wesleyan College/University and a B.S in Occupational therapy from Saint Ambrose University. She has worked in all areas of Occupational therapy including long term & skilled nursing care, home health care, pediatric clinics , the school system, outpatient neuro/ortho, inpatient neuro rehab, burns, driving programs, and mental health. Kim was also a Clinic Specialist at one time, providing core program trainings such as dementia care, fall prevention, vision, continence management, and mental health awareness.

Prior to coming back to CNOS (after a 16 year hiatus), she was a Therapy Expert in Abilities Care Holistic Approach. Kim provided trainings in a Dementia program called “Abilities Care for Ensign Therapies”. She is also certified in Neuro Developmental Techs (NDT), Lymphedema, and LSVT (Parkinson’s program). She is able to provide vision therapy when needed and is currently working on becoming a certified OT vision specialist. Another goal of Kim’s is to take the Certified Hand Therapy test in the near future and add that to her list of specialties.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, church missions/activities, outdoor activities, sports, and crafting/painting. She loves spending time with her 2 dogs (Sophie and Chloe) and mainly enjoys just having fun and living life to the absolute fullest!

Stacy Georgopoulous

Stacy received her associates degrees from WITCC in 2002. Her background includes: acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled care and outpatient services. She enjoys treating all types of diagnoses of the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow.

Sara began her career in 2002. She started working at CNOS in 2015.

Sara is married and has 2 kids. They both enjoy boating and the outdoors. They currently stay busy with their kids and the activities they participate in.

Angie Reinhardt

Angela began her career in 1997. Both an Occupational Therapist and a Certified Hand Therapist, she specializes in upper extremity evaluation, treatment and fabrication of static and dynamic splints. She works with patients of all ages with orthopedic/neurological and traumatic injuries. She’s also worked in outpatient upper extremity facilities since 1997, became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2004 and have been a specialist in this area since that time.

She enjoys going to her boy’s sporting events and activities, spending time with family/friends, boating, biking, playing cards and board games and helping at food pantries.
