Tyson began his career in this field of practice in 2020, and also started at CNOS in 2020. His specialties at CNOS include providing general orthopedic care, ultrasound guidance injections, and concussion management for athletes. He is also part of the Orthopaedic Urgent Care team at the CNOS Dunes Clinic location.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time traveling, hunting, fishing, boating, and exercising.

Trisha Anderson

Trisha began working in Orthopedics right out of PA school from the University of South Dakota in 2019. She primarily works in Sports Medicine and treats a variety of conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and spending time outdoors camping and boating.

Chase Beiermann

Chase Beiermann was born and raised in Columbus, NE. Received his B.S from Briar Cliff University and his M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska. He is certified by both the Iowa and South Dakota Board of Physician Assistants. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, biking, and golfing.

Davis Bloemendaal

Davis began his career in healthcare as a nursing assistant at the Sanford Heart Hospital in Sioux Falls and joined CNOS right out of PA school in 2021. Davis works with Dr. Brian Johnson and specializes in sports medicine with an focus on shoulder and knee pathology.

Davis was born and raised in Orange City, IA. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, riding bike, golfing, and cheering for the Twins and Vikings. He also played Football and Baseball at his alma mater, Northwestern University.

Amy Dietrich

Amy Dietrich began her practice as a Physicians Assistant in 1996, after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Morningside College here in Sioux City and completing the Physician Assistant Program at the University of North Dakota. Holding licenses in Iowa and South Dakota, Amy specializes in dermatology, endocrinology, and internal medicine.

“My favorite parts of my job are the patients,” says Dietrich. “I love being able to make a profound difference in their lives just by improving the health, feel, and look of their skin.”

Like the rest of our dermatology team, Dietrich is a big supporter of wearing sunscreen daily (it’s an important part of her morning routine). “I’m also a big fan of Finishing Touch for exfoliation and TNS essential serum for anti-aging,” she adds. “Both products clear the way for some pretty amazing results.”

When she isn’t adding a healthy glow back into her patients’ cheeks, Amy enjoys prepping for the county fair and working with on her acreage with her family, which includes her kids, a German Shepherd, two very plump cats, three horses, one bucket calf, one bottle lamb, and two bottle goats.

Scott Feese is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants Veterans Caucus, the South Dakota Academy of Physician Assistants and the Iowa Physician Assistant Society. He is ACLS and BLS certified, as well as certified as a Medical Technologist and Medical Laboratory Technician by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP).

Nicole Friessen

Niki started her career at CNOS in 2006, working as a Physician Assistant under Orthopaedic Surgeon, Dr. Ryan Meis. She has over 20 years of experience as a PA specializing in Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic care. Prior to working at CNOS, Niki worked in Des Moines immediately following graduation/certification at Iowa Ortho in sports medicine from 2002-2006. Prior to that, she was a a student athletic trainer at Morningside University from 1996-1999. Niki is board certified with NCCPA (2002) an also BLS certified.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids. She enjoys working out, cheering on the Hawkeyes and Vikings, boating, and taking warm vacations when she can. Niki also volunteers as a coach with youth volleyball here in Siouxland.

Joel Kraayenbrink

Joel joined CNOS in 2025. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, and a Master of Science Physician Assistant Degree from the University of South Dakota.

Joel gained valuable experience in Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist Medicine, and Infectious disease prior to joining CNOS. He currently serves CNOS in the Orthopedic Urgent Care at our Dakota Dunes Location. He prides himself on providing empathetic, patient-centered care by developing patient-provider relationships built on trust and mutual respect. He is passionate about CNOS and believes they offer unparalleled orthopedic care that embodies compassion, innovation, and teamwork while putting the patient first. He finds being able to alleviate orthopedic pain and optimize the quality of life for patients is most rewarding.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, golfing, watching the Vikings and Hawkeyes, and officiating basketball.

Rosa Marquez

Rosa “Rosita” is a physician assistant with rheumatology and evaluates, diagnoses, and treats conditions associated with autoimmune conditions. She provides medical treatment for rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, Sjogren’s syndrome, scleroderma, and other autoimmune conditions. Rosa provides education to patients on their condition and treatment options to create an individualized treatment plan.

She began working as a PA in 2020 and have practiced in both rheumatology and orthopedics.

Rosa’s interests include working with underserved and rural patient populations. Outside of work she enjoys time with family, traveling with friends, reading and playing with her dogs.
