Dr. Chase Tobin is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing the full scope of plastic surgery including surgery of the hand/wrist/elbow, complex reconstruction, oculoplastics, and cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Tobin is originally from Missouri. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Baylor University with a BS in Biology. After college, he attended Eastern Virginia Medical School. He received honors marks on his surgery rotations and his research led to publications in peer reviewed journals and national presentations. He was elected into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He then matched into plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He spent 6 years in Milwaukee completing his residency. Dr. Tobin received extensive training in hand & wrist surgery and complex reconstruction including replantation, free tissue transfer, peripheral nerve, and degenerative disease of hand & wrist. He also received excellent training in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body.

Prior to joining CNOS he practiced in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, being outdoors, and FinTech.
