Collegiate Golfer:

“Talking to a mental performance coach for the spring semester has really given me some helpful insights into my golf game, especially in tournament play. I’ve learned a lot about how my mind reacts when I’m in front or under pressure in a tournament, and as a result I now have better ways of handling them. Previously, I used to let the moment get too big, but now I understand how to put my mind into the right state in order to achieve my goals in this sport

It’s had a massive effect on my frame of mind on the course. I’m definitely more confident and believe that I can overcome anything a tournament throws. I’ve developed skills that I can use not just in golf, but in other aspects of my life too.”      -Anonymous college athlete

Collegiate Baseball Player:

“Working with Tracy throughout the season has made me learn so much about myself on and off the field. Being able to better understand the mental side of sport and how it relates to other areas of life as well was huge for me. Being able to learn and practice things like self-talk, visualization, and meditation were some great tools for bettering my performance and personal life as well. I think that the mental game is what has allowed me to be so consistent throughout my career, and being able to work with Tracy has just elevated that to another level. Overall, the mental game is such a huge area of performance, and being able to work on it has helped me grow in so many ways.” -Anonymous college athlete
